AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE INSTITUTION


  1. To uplift, promote and recognize Indian Talent in all Professional Fields through Regular Talent Discovery India Competitions and Talent Seminars and Workshops and publishing an Annual Directory of Indian talent in all Professional Fields.
  2. To Publish Works of Authors of National and International Importance.
  3. To uplift the Cause of Women’s Rights by establishing a Common Forum for them. The Institution already offers 50% of its entire 14 member General Body to Women and 50% of all its Jobs and Positions to Women and Plans to Conduct the Most Talented Young Woman of the Year Competition Annually which it once conducted in 2001.
  4. To Award the Most Outstanding World Leader of the Decade Award once in Ten Years to World Leaders who make Outstanding Contributions to Global Peace and Prosperity. The Last Award was given to Former US President Mr. William Jefferson Clinton in 2001 and presented to his Attention in 2002.
  5. To promote the Cause of Research and Development in India. The Institute has established the Jayalakshmi Memorial Cancer Research Fund in Memory of the Mother of the Founding President of the Institute Mrs. Jayalakshmi Siddaiah who passed away suffering from Cancer on May 25th 2002 In Order to find a Permanent Cure for Terminal Illnesses like Cancer and AIDS and established the Advanced Continued Teaching Programme Academy For Science and Technology for imparting Advanced Training and Education to make India’s Future Scientists and carry out Advanced Scientific Research in different Scientific Disciplines apart from Publishing India’s First World Class Science Journal.
  6. To promote Healthy Journalism in India by establishing online and regular News daily, which supervises the functioning of the Indian Print and Electronic Media. MediaWatch an Online Evening News and Daily has already commenced operations starting from 2009 onwards.


HISTORY OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE INDIAN INSTITUTE FOR TALENT SEARCH


22ND June 1997- The Indian Institute for Talent Search comes into existence after its First Annual General Body Meeting held at the premises of the Vivekananda Educational Centre,Jayanagar,Bangalore.

May 11th-May 17th 1998- First Ever Talent Exposition and Seminar conducted by the Institution.

June 19th 1998- American Biographical Institute invites the President to conduct the Worldwide Talent Search Exercise and submit a List of International Achievers to the Institution. The Institution under the Leadership of the President accomplishes the Job in Record Six Months and wins the Research fellowship Gold Medal from the American Biographical Institute, USA.

March 29th 2000- Institute decides to Institute an Award for the Most Outstanding World Leader of the Decade who contributes to Global Peace and Prosperity in any given Decade.

April 8th 2000- The Institute opens its own Website and goes online for the very first time.

February 28th 2001- The Institute prepares a Project report titled Obstacles and Impediments for Talent Recognition in India and submits it to the Press secretary in the Embassy of the United States Of America Mr. Gordon Duguid in New Delhi for submitting it to the attention of the Former U.S President Mr. Bill Clinton and then the Current U.S President Mr. George Bush Jr.

April 6th 2001- Dr. Ramananda the President of the Institute meets the Former U.S President Bill Clinton in Hotel Taj, Mumbai who was on a visit to India and conveys his decision to award him the Most Outstanding World Leader of the Decade Award for 1990-2000.

December 16-21 2001- Talent Expo 2001 is held under auspices of the Institute of Mysore, India to felicitate and recognize the outstanding Indian achievers and The Most Talented Young Woman of the Year 2001 Competition is also held for which Miss Anurithi Chikkerur is crowned the Winner and Miss Prakrina is awarded the 1st Runner Up and Miss Kripa and Miss Radhika Iyengar bag the 2nd Runner Up Award.

March 11th 2002- Dr.Ramananda the President of the Institute hands over the Siddaiah Memorial Trophy given to the Most Outstanding World Leader of the Decade to the Offices of the Winner Former U.S President Bill Clinton in his Visit to New York,USA.

June 30th 2002- Institute forms the Jayalakshmi Memorial Cancer Research Fund to find a cure for Terminal Illnesses like Cancer and AIDS in memory of the Mother of the Founding President of the Institute who died suffering from Cancer.

January 3rd to 7th 2003- The President of the Institute Dr.Ramananda who also is the Director of the Jayalakshmi Memorial Cancer Research Fund presents his Research Paper titled Wave induced Mutational Therapy as a way to Treat and Cure Terminal Illnesses like Cancer and Aids at the Annual Session of the Indian Science Congress held in Bangalore University, Bangalore, India.

December 18th 2004- Dr. Ramananda discloses details of his Project Report submitted to the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Dr.Manmohan Singh titled WHAT AILS INDIAN SCIENCE AND HOW TO MAKE IT THE BEST IN THE WORLD at a Press Conference organized in the Press Club of Bangalore. June 30th 2009- Online Evening News Daily MediaWatch established by the Institute.

June 30th 2010- Advanced Continued Teaching Programme Academy for Science and Technology established by the Institute.
